Rudy Giuliani is in the box seat to become Donald Trump’s Secretary of State according to sportsbet.com.au punters, but a surprise challenger has emerged.

The former Mayor of New York has shortened from $1.45 into $1.22 to get the plumb posting, with 65% of the money backing him for the job.
However it is 2012 Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney who is the big mover, coming from the clouds to surge into contention, with his odds plunging from $51 into $4.33 in the past 24 hours.
John Bolton is out from $4.33 to $8.50, early front runner Newt Gingrich has drifted from $2.00 to $11, while five punters think it could be Ivanka Trump at odds of $23.
In the other key Cabinet positions, Jess Sessions ($1.87) is favourite for the role of Attorney General, Steven Hadley ($2.70) heads the market for next Defense Secretary, Steve Mnuchin ($1.40) is favourite to become Treasury Secretary, with Michael McCaul ($2.25) leading the pack to head up Homeland Security.
