German giants Bayern Munich are five-time European club champions and they are $1.55 favourites at TAB to win this season’s UEFA Champions League title over Paris Saint-Germain ($2.40) in Monday morning’s final at the Estadio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Bavarians – who have not won the UEFA Champions League title since the 2012/2013 season – booked their berth in this season’s final by accounting for Olympique Lyon 3-0 in their semi-final played this morning.
PSG secured their spot in this year’s final by defeating Red Bull Leipzig 3-0 in their semi-final yesterday morning.
The pedigree in Europe’s premier club competition could not be more stark between the two finalists.
Bayern Munich will be contesting their 11th final while Paris Saint-Germain has never played in a European Cup/UEFA Champions League decider.
