A potential Grand Final preview could take place at Metricon Stadium on Friday night and Geelong are now the $1.77 favourites at TAB to defeat Richmond ($2.05) in the marquee clash of Round 17.
When betting opened during half-time of yesterday’s encounter between Geelong and Essendon, the Cats were posted $2.05 and have firmed to $1.77 after receiving 97 percent of the early support from TAB customers.
The Tigers have drifted from $1.77 to $2.05 as a result of the initial money for the Cats.
Richmond remain the $4 favourites at TAB to win the 2020 AFL premiership while Geelong tightened from $5 to $4.50 following their 66-point thrashing of the Bombers at the ‘Gabba yesterday.
West Coast drifted from $6 to $7 after their two-point loss to the Western Bulldogs at Metricon Stadium last night.
