McDonald’s wasn’t quite the breakfast of champions this morning with the news they’ve hiked the price of their hash browns by 25c!

The outcry has prompted online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au to even offer betting on what other menu items are set for a McHike with Fries the $4.00 favourite.
The Ham & Cheese Pocket is next in the market at $5.00 ahead of the Hamburger ($6.00) while their famous Big Mac is the $26 outsider.
A nationwide boycott of Maccas over the Hash Brown hike is a $51 chance.
