Portland and Minnesota are rated 24th and 28th in the league respectively for defensive rating, while Portland are equal ninth on the offensive end.
The Trailblazers blew Minnesota out 135-117 earlier in the season, and even though KAT is now fit and available, I can’t see the big man stemming the flow of points here.
