Things have not gone to plan for Richmond in the last two weeks with narrow losses to both the Gold Coast and North Melbourne.
A once favourable looking draw to close out the season has been turned on its head and this game against Fremantle becomes very important if the Tigers intend to extend their season beyond August.
Fremantle held on to fourth spot and the double chance despite a home loss to Sydney last weekend, their second loss in the last four rounds.
The Dockers have won their last 11 straight games on a six day turnaround and there has been plenty of early support in betting after opening as outsiders in this contest.
Marvel has not been a happy hunting ground for the Tigers and they have failed to cover the line in their last five straight games at the stadium.
I’m not confident in tipping a winner in this one but I do think the Total Match Points line is a little low considering Richmond’s last four straight have gone over in this area.
