The Sydney Swans have put themselves in a very good position to finish inside the top four and earn a double chance come September especially with their away win in Perth last weekend.
And they have the most favourable draw of any top eight team to close out the season.
Chad Warner has become an integral part of the Swans midfield and he collected 35 touches which included 24 kicks and 800 meters gained against Fremantle in Round 18.
The Crows have been competitive in recent weeks within winning and went within a goal of knocking off Collingwood last weekend.
Despite this, they have failed to cover the line in nine of their last 11 and things do not get easier this week with a trip to the SCG.
