He’s subsequently thrived since heading back to Melbourne, launching a powerful turn of foot to record a nice win here a fortnight ago and it’s notable that Smerdon has elected to run him in his own age-group in preference to the All Victorian Final earlier on the card.
We’ve already seen plenty of interest for him in pre-post betting and are braced for the money to continue to pour in come race day.
