The Brisbane Bullets’ finals fate may already be sealed by the time they take the court on Saturday night, depending on the Breakers’ fortunes 24 hours earlier. We take a look at Saturday’s (15/2/2020) NBL 2020 Round 20 match which is between the Brisbane Bullets and Cairns Taipans.

The 14-13 Bullets came into Round 19 on a six-game winning streak but went down in both of their fixtures – at home to the Breakers (91-87) and away to the Wildcats (85-72).
The Taipans are backing up two days after a road trip to Melbourne to take on do-or-die United.
The last six games between these sides were won by the home team. The Bullets cruised to a 90-74 win in Brisbane in October, before the Taipans banked victories in Cairns in November (94-85) and January (91-89).
The Bullets are 9-4 at home, with the Breakers (twice) the only team to beat them in eight Brisbane-hosted games since November. They look solid value to get up against a travel-weary Taipans outfit – whether they are still in the semi-final mix or not.
