Canberra Raiders vs Brisbane Broncos Preview

The Raiders have a great opportunity to bounce-back on Saturday night as they prepare to face a Broncos side struggling on and off the field.

Canberra put in a brave first-half effort last week against the Panthers but were ultimately run off their feet in the end.

The Broncos, meanwhile, came up short to the Rabbitohs in their fourth straight loss and will now have to overcome the absence of Anthony Seibold, who attends to family matters down in Sydney.

Despite their disastrous season, the Broncos remain a very intriguing team from a betting perspective this week.

Some teams respond exceptionally well to a chance in the coaching booth, while it’s worth noting that the Broncos have won four of their last five over the Raiders.

That said, Canberra has been exceptional on the back of a loss playing to a 7-1 record straight-up and a 5-1-2 record at the line.

A double-digit spread is always a little daunting, but the Raiders should cover playing at home.
