Some might have predicted a down year for the Crusaders with some All Blacks going through an enforced rest period and, technically they were right.
Only 11 wins from their 16 games, only five points clear at the top of the table, but still the best side in Super Rugby.
They have won their last four home games against the Highlanders and seven of their last ten home games against them have been won by 13 or more points so, really the numbers all point to one outcome.
