That may be a bit of hyperbole, but they can feel very confident in their ability to slow down opposing offences which makes Mahomes’ life significantly easier not needing to score on every drive.
This will be their first clash with the Broncos with the second coming in Week 18 and with one game separating them in the AFC West, getting an early tiebreaker advantage would be huge.
Denver has run hot and cold but were able to stifle the Chargers in their last outing to move to 6-5 on the season.
