It’s no surprise to find the Rams favoured by two touchdowns ahead of Matt Stafford’s first game against his former side.
The former Lion has gone to a whole new level during his short time in Los Angeles, and based on everything we’ve seen from Detroit defensively, anything short of a 300+ yard game would come as a shock.
Still winless, the Lions are facing another huge uphill battle against an offence that is averaging close to 30 points a game and over 400 yards on offence.
On the flip side, Jared Goff will also be out to prove a point against his former team, but considering the Lions are so short on weapons at wide receiver, it’s hard to imagine the one-time Ram getting any kind of revenge.
For a pick, I like the double of the Rams to win in a high-scoring game.
Five of LA’s last six games have gone Over the Total after covering the spread the week before, and with Stafford out to prove a point against his old team, I can’t see this one going any other way.
