The Titans, on the other hand, are riding the highs of a potentially season-defining win over the Bills.
A monster game from Derrick Henry and a huge defensive effort in the fourth quarter saw Tennessee pull off a three-point upset, a performance Mike Vrabel will be hoping his team can replicate against another top AFC contender.
The Total has been set at a whopping 57 points for this one, which comes as no surprise when you factor in both teams are averaging close to 30 points a game to opponents.
Both teams have been among the worst in the league when it comes to defending the pass, but I think the Chiefs are still the safer side to bet on given how dynamic their offence is thanks to Patrick Mahomes.
Kansas City ranks third in the league in yards-per-play – a stark difference compared to a Titans team that ranks 22nd.
Really, if the Bills didn’t go for it on 4th and short we’d be talking about the Titans in a different light, so while last week’s win was nice, I’m not willing to declare Tennessee a genuine contender just yet.
