A combination of injuries and suspension to star players has resulted in Melbourne drifting to $2.35 outsiders at TAB to defeat Parramatta ($1.62) at Bankwest Stadium tomorrow night in the opening clash of Round 15.
The Eels – as much as $2.05 on Monday – are now $1.62 favourites to account for the Storm who will be missing Jesse Bromwich (suspension), Dale Finucane (calf) and Suliasi Vunivalu (broken jaw) along with the already sidelined Cameron Munster and Cameron Smith.
Even though they have won their last eight games, the Storm have eased from as short as $1.77 on Monday to $2.35 to beat the Eels.
