It’s a showdown of the titans as the Scorchers, currently sitting on top of the BBL table, prepare to face off against the rising Hurricanes on Wednesday night.
The Hurricanes, fresh off a five-wicket win against the Thunder, are making a strong push for a finals spot with the impressive bowling of Patrick Dooley.
But, the Hurricanes have yet to figure out how to defeat the Scorchers, who have dominated them in the last five meetings dating back to 2019.
The last time the Hurricanes won in Perth was during the 2019 season. With the Scorchers’ Josh Inglis putting up a strong 62 when they last met, I have a feeling the Scorchers will come out on top in this one.
