One TAB customer has pocketed over $280,000 this morning after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Miami Dolphins 33-27 in Week 14 of the NFL.
The Chiefs’ win was their twelfth victory from 13 games this season and it ensured the TAB punter in question collected $282,625 from a $500 multi.
The final leg of the six-leg multi placed on September 9 required the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs to win 12 or more games this season and they have achieved that feat with three weeks remaining.

“The TAB customer in question deserves to celebrate this terrific collect of over $280,000 which included five different teams to win their respective championships for this year,” TAB’s Trent Langskaill said.
“At the time of this bet, the Tampa Bay Lightning were still in the National Hockey League conference finals and had not secured a berth in the Stanley Cup Final while in the AFL grand final on October 24, Richmond trailed by 22 points in the second quarter before overpowering Geelong in the second half.”
“Another anxious leg in this multi involved the Los Angeles Dodgers as the Major League Baseball regular season was still happening on September 9 and then in the National League Championship Series, the Dodgers had to overturn a 3-1 series deficit against the Atlanta Braves before reaching the World Series.”
