Ron Rivera’s side has dropped back-to-back games and allowed 30 points or more in four straight – a worrying sign going up against a red-hot Green Bay offence that just handed the Bears another loss.
Injuries have been a big problem for the Packers so far, but they’ve somehow managed to win five straight games and really turn things around defensively.
Green Bay has allowed the fifth-fewest yards in the league so far and has proven very tough to throw against, making this assignment even more difficult for the inexperienced Taylor Heinecke.
To make matters worse, the Packers are starting to get Allen Lazard involved in an already lethal passing game.
