__Legends Boost General Terms and Conditions __
Section 13 of General Terms and Conditions
13.1 The Legends Boost Tool, and any Bets in respect of which the Legends Boost Tool is available, shall be governed by these General Promotional Terms and Conditions, in addition to the Account and Betting Platform Terms of Use and the Betting Rules.
13.2 NEDS may, in its absolute discretion, make the Legends Boost Tool available to eligible customers for use in selected markets, events or types of Bets.
13.3 The Legends Boost Tool is not available for use in conjunction with any other Promotional Offer or Promotional Tool.
13.4 The Legends Boost Tool is only available for use with single ‘win’ only Bets.
13.5 The Legends Boost Tool is not available for use on ‘Multi-Bets’, ‘Exotic Bets’ or ‘Future Bets’ as defined in the NEDS Betting Rules.
13.6 The Legends Boost Tool is only available for use on selected markets as specified on the NEDS website and/or in a Customer’s account from time to time.
13.7 The Legends Boost Tool is available for Bets placed on the NEDS Betting Platform or for Bets placed by telephone.
13.8 If the Legends Boost Tool is made available for use in conjunction with your eligible Bet, then:
(a) You will see a Legends Boost icon or banner on the NEDS Betting Platform, which, when selected, may display a selection of Legends Boost Cards to choose from.
(b) You may then click on a single Legends Boost Card and confirm your selection to access the Legends Boost Tool associated with that Legends Boost Card.
(c) Once you have confirmed your choice of Legends Boost Card, you are unable to cancel this choice and/or select or confirm an alternative Legends Boost Card.
(d) Your chosen Legends Boost Card will then show you the enhanced odds available for you to choose from for specific selected markets. You can only make use of one of the enhanced odds options displayed to you on the Legends Boost Card.
(e) If you wish to use the Legends Boost Tool in connection with your bet, you may either:
i. select the Legends Boost Tool to see the enhanced odds available to you; or
ii. click on the Legends Boost button/icon next to an eligible market to show the enhanced odds available to you.
(f) If you wish to use the Legends Boost Tool to place your Bet at the enhanced odds displayed, you must ensure that the Legends Boost Tool button/icon is selected before proceeding to place your Bet (‘Legends Boost Request’).
(g) Once your Legends Boost Request is made and applied to your Bet, if your selection is a resulting/winning Bet, you will be paid out at those enhanced odds.
13.9 The maximum eligible Bet that can be used with the Legends Boost Tool is $100.00, unless otherwise offered or agreed to by NEDS.
13.10 The Legends Boost Request will not be deemed to have been accepted by NEDS and applied to your Bet until you receive confirmation in your Bet Statement.
13.11 If there is a time out or other intermittent failure of your connection to the NEDS Betting Platform between the time you submit a Legends Boost Request until when you receive confirmation that the Legends Boost Request has been accepted or rejected (‘Pending Request’), you may not be able to use the Legends Boost Tool on another Bet until such confirmation of the Pending Request is displayed in your Bet Statement.
13.12 Each eligible Customer will be allocated a fixed number of the Legends Boost Tool that can be activated and used in each 7 day period at NEDS’ sole and absolute discretion. Unless otherwise stated by NEDS:
(a) the allocated quota of uses for the NRL Legends Boost Tool will reset at 18:15 (AEST) on Tuesday of each week (the Reset Date) and any unused quota (including unused Legends Boost Cards) will expire and will not roll-over to the next week; and
(b) the allocated quota of uses for the AFL Legends Boost Tool will reset at 18:15 (AEST) on Wednesday of each week (the Reset Date) and any unused quota (including unused Legends Boost Cards) will expire and will not roll-over to the next week.
13.13 NEDS reserves the right to change, suspend or remove the availability of the Legends Boost Tool at any time.
13.14 If the Legends Boost Tool is used to place a Bet on an event that is abandoned, cancelled or postponed, and that event is not resumed or played prior to the Reset Date, then the Legends Boost Card used to bet on this event may be used again on another event prior to the Reset Date.
13.15 NEDS reserves the right to void any Bets placed using the Legends Boost Tool if there has been an obvious and manifest error by NEDS (for example if Legends Boost Tool incorrectly increases quoted odds by 100% instead of 10%) and/or a breach of any of the Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
This offer is only available to existing Neds Customers who:
• have a valid, active and funded Betting Account with Neds;
• place a Bet using the Neds Betting Platform (either online or app);
• place a Bet on the Nominated Promotional Market.
(‘Qualifying Bet’).
Limit of one Bet per Customer on the Nominated Promotional Market.
If a Customer places a Qualifying Bet (up to a maximum of $20), they will receive from Neds, the special odds displayed for the Nominated Promotional Market at the time of placing the Bet.
This offer ends on Friday 6th September, 2019(‘Promotional Period’).
Bets placed outside the Promotional Period are not eligible for this offer.
Any winnings from the Qualifying Bet will be credited to the Customer’s Account within 24 hours of the final result of the Nominated Game being determined.
If more than one Bet is placed on the selected Nominated Promotional Market, Neds reserves the right to cancel any and all Bets on the market.
The Bonus Bets or matched Bets received from other Neds promotional offers are not eligible to be used as a Qualifying Bet for this offer.
The Price Boost, Fluc Up, Back Up or Jump Off feature cannot be used in conjunction with this Offer.
Neds reserves the right to withdraw or change promotions at any time.
