Labor are now into short odds of $1.14, their shortest to date, to win Saturday’s Victorian State Election.
It certainly has been a long and winding road to reach where we stand today but what once appeared to be a close race has now seen daylight emerge in the betting between the two parties.
The Daniel Andrews led party has attracted over a massive 96% of money including a wager of $18,000 at previous odds of $1.48.
The Coalition are now out to $5.00, their largest price to date having once been considered the $1.50 favourites back in March 2017.
Labor only became favourites in May this year and haven’t relinquished the lead since.
Way back in February of 2017, the contest was considered too close to call with both parties paying $1.87.
