In the aftermath of the Wentworth by-election Labor have firmed in the betting to win the Federal Election.
Bill Shorten’s party were $1.30 last week but are now into $1.25 and hold 78% of money wagered to date.
The Coalition have drifted from $3.20 out to $3.50 while a hung parliament is now a $3.60 chance, in from $4.33.
As the dust settles, the punters are putting their support behind a Labor victory at the election and although May is the most likely date, December and an early election have attracted plenty of interest.
May is a short $1.50 to be the month of the election but December has firmed from $8.00 into $5.00.
