They are just 4-8 on the road this season, but they have banked away wins over United and the Breakers in their last three outside Brisbane. The 11-12 Adelaide 36ers are seventh on the ladder but are part of the four-team logjam tied for fourth – though they have played an extra game. A win here would be an important swing for the Sixers, who suffered a disappointing 108-91 loss in Cairns in Round 16.
The ledger is square one-all so far this season. The Sixers won 104-98 in Adelaide in Round 3, but the Bullets atoned with a 106-104 victory in Brisbane a month later.
Adelaide are 7-4 at home this season, winning all three games (including the top-four Wildcats and United) at home this month. That should be enough to get behind the hosts against a weary Bullets outfit.
