The Reds 4-3 win over Western United last week gave us one of the more memorable games of the entire season and it seems like Gertjan Verbeek’s hail-mary play to call out the squad gave them a wakeup call.
Melbourne City continued to pick up points with a dour draw against their closest rival for second-place in Perth last weekend and they will need Jamie Maclaren to have his shooting boots ready to go in this one.
