Osaka looks to be the first woman to win consecutive majors since Serena Williams in 2015, but has her work cut out for her when the she faces Czech Petra Kvitova. The dual Wimbledon champion is looking to win her first Grand Slam major away from the grass courts, and goes into this one as favourite. Her form stacks up, going through the Australian Open without dropping a set after winning the Sydney International. It’s been tougher for Osaka, but from her sheer power and shot making has seen her progress to the Final despite three of her matches going the distance. I’m confident that the left-handed Czech wins here first Australian Open here, but it will go down to the wire!
