The Wildcats bounced back from a two-game slide with big wins over the Hawks (99-77) and Phoenix (97-71) over the last two rounds. The resurgent Breakers have won seven of their last nine, including a pair of monumental home wins over the Kings (86-81) and United (90-68) last weekend. Sek Henry returned from injury, while the team continues to cope remarkably well without NBA prospect RJ Hampton.
The Wildcats have won seven of their last eight against the Breakers, including both encounters so far this season. The defending champs won 84-79 in Auckland and 88-77 in Perth during the opening six rounds.
Perth are 7-3 at home this season, while the Breakers are 4-7 away. But the Breakers have won four of their last five on the road and their revival is impossible to ignore when they’re underdogs of this scale.
