One TAB punter is confident that they have predicted the winner of the 2020 NRL and AFL premierships after plonking $25,000 at $18 on Penrith to win this season’s NRL title and Geelong to claim this year’s AFL flag.
The TAB customer in question will collect a mammoth $450,000 dividend if their selections are successful.
The Panthers are currently $3.50 favourites at TAB to win their first premiership since defeating the Sydney Roosters in the 2003 Grand Final.
The Cats are $5 at present to secure their first premiership since accounting for Collingwood in the 2011 flag decider.
