We take a look at today’s (18/2/2019) NBA All Stars match between Team LeBron and Team Giannis. Team Lebron go into the match as the overwhelming favourites in what should be an entertaining exhibition match.

LeBron has put together a well-rounded team consisting of two of the NBA’s Top 10 leading scorers in Harden and Durant. Meanwhile, Giannis has four Top 10 scorers in his starting line up, including himself, George, Embiid and Walker, leaving Antetokounmpo’s side a little over the odds at the $3.00 mark.
It’s the All-Star Game, so you know defence won’t be a factor, but that doesn’t mean this game won’t be close. Team LeBron won by three-points over Team Steph last year in what was one of the more exciting All-Star Game’s in recent memory. It also stands to reason that Giannis’ bench made up of Nikola Jokic, Russell Westbrook, D’Angelo Russell and Kyle Lowry (among others) is right on par with LeBron’s bench comprising of Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard, Ben Simmons and Karl Anthony-Towns.
It’s a fairly tough call here considering both sides are spread even with pinpoint shooters and some of the games most prolific big men in the paint. The one key player to watch in this one will be Paul George though, who is averaging 39.7 points this month – nearly two more than James Harden. Pairing him with a tall of Giannis’ caliber could bring deadly consequences to an experienced LeBron lineup.
