The first golf major of 2020 tees off tonight and two sizeable bets have been placed on the eventual winner of the US PGA Championship being held at TPC Harding Park in San Francisco, California.
One bet of $10,000 at $17 has been placed on Bryson DeChambeau to win his first major after recording six wins on the PGA Tour including this year’s Rocket Mortgage Classic in addition to last year’s Dubai Desert Classic on the European Tour.
The TAB customer in question will collect $170,000 if DeChambeau is victorious.
Brooks Koepka has won the last two US PGA Championships and one wager of $14,000 at $11 has been plonked on the four-time major winner, which could result in a $154,000 payday for this TAB punter.
Koepka is now the $10 outright favourite at TAB for the US PGA Championship which tees off at midnight AEST.
